The analysts work for example Morgan Stanley or say Goldman Sachs.
Therefore the analysts from these firms are working for high net worth retail and wholesale clients as well as institutional investors.
Get the price up and exit. They all have a target price, they never tell you to hang on.
In most cases if the stock goes higher than the target price, they will advise their clients to sell.
