    Hageta..it's still up in the air ..by the time you clean coal fumes etc Uranium looks pretty good with Modular reactors...if you just burn coal then yes no competition for heat with no fume captures ..but for Met- Coal for steel I agree the only substitute is by Hydrogen reduction and that's very expensive ..So met coal wins hands down for steel production.
