The moral of my story as has been from sometime ago is to follow the trend.
If you get it wrong, how much more is it going to cost you to get back in?
4% more max? Everyone thinks it's going to $10,12,14 etc. so you will make it up.
Get it right and your average becomes lower. I'ts maths 101.
Why be disheartened when it falls by 5-10%.l
