They could quite easy support a higher divvy but think they will go on the side of caution given current market and as saracenm points out an abundance of realistic m&a potential and in-house expansion possibilities so keeping cash on balance sheet to be ready (despite expecting to announce a partial sale to Japanese) bodes well for me
