With an 12-24 month view, it's over valued relative to most other coalers. Once we get out to 36 months and the debt is nearly gone, it starts to look better, but, all that capex in the pipeline for Winchester and Blackwater possibly makes it just a tiny bit more expensive than the others..I'm not buying at these levels.
