Those figures are all pre-BW/D acquisition, so it's thermal coal from the HV. India is generally the most price-sensitive buyer in seaborne markets (particularly for TC) and therefore it's almost a market of last resort, as other markets will generally pay more. Looks like WHC has switched its entire TC book into higher priced markets in 2023. You'll see Vietnam also fell, this possibly is for similar reasons.
