No, I think the market is nervous about the acquisition. The whole appeal of WHC was the free cash that was meant to come back to holders. I was for the BB, but that's now ceased. No BB and no dividend means these super profits are likely not going to benefit shareholders for another 5+ years now.
Any insto's still left in WHC are probably selling now, hence the NHC price holding up.
I'd be buyer again though if the price was right.
