I feel WHC has shot itself in the foot because of the BB and not being able to raise funds through a capital raising - to use all your available free cash and still need to borrow money makes it hard to improve the asset and rely on cash flow going forward - should there be a hic up then there is no back up
We have been through this before with loans and minimal free cash do we want it to happen again
