Yep it seemed as though no one ever factored in transmission costs for building new/upgrading transmission lines for these projects out in the middle of nowhere and they are being held up/cancelled for that very reason, not being able to buy out or adequately compensate the farmers/land owners and still make the project profitable. What's worse is they just went through the whole country putting NBN cable on power lines. Not sure why they couldn't have upgraded the power to the right gauge where needed at the same time.
