Fair call. If there is any ASX listed company to overpay and then some at the detriment of retail holders, it is WHC. Just look at a glimpse of their form so far, the wasteful second buyback (about $1 Bn), those BHP discarded mines (about $6Bn and counting), the crippling financing and debt arrangements, and then there is the first strike on that profligate remuneration report. In return a derisory dividend of 7 cents, and a plethora of press releases and announcements and not much else.
