A well connected friend has conveyed to me that WHC knows they got a clownshow of an operation at Blackwater. Most experienced people in mining already know what a clownshow BMA is..Not totally negative, because it's a great opportunity for business improvement and cost reduction. It'd be real easy to fix half of it by sacking all the diversity hires what lower the work expectation standards and increase safety tape. All those blue hair pink shirted superintendents of "delineator installation"... they gotta be first on the hit list... because delineator installation and cleaning is what truck drivers should be doing when their circuit isn't running. It's not difficult, it just requires the removal of lefties who hate Trump.
