I think you are on the money there. Judging by the recent huge swings to the LNP in 2 by-elections, Labor and Mr Smiley are facing a wipeout. While i doubt the LNP would do a full revesal of Labors increased royalties, there is definitely a possibility of an easing of thresholds/royalty rates.
