US$600m for 20% of BW is still a massive premium, especially if it excludes deferred and contingent.
Compare that to BW&D upfront of $2.1b. 20% of BW&D is US$420m. Take something off for D and you're starting with close to 100% premium?
Granted buyers should pay a premium on deferred too, but still a massive premium.
