The US$500 million figure that has been floating around does not include the assumption of over US$300 million of deferred and contingent cost still to be paid on the 20% selldown share of Blackwater, so it is really US$800 million. I suspect the $500 million ballpark figure will turn out to be on the low side. This is an auction with quite a few interested parties bidding.
