One of the many fatal flaws in the CSIRO report. Imagine a world where lack of wind or too much wind or lack of sunshine only lasted 4 hours. My observation has been that the sun does not shine at night and usually that is greater than 4 hours.
Or for that matter lack of wind for days? Lack of sunshine for a week or more?
