I can definitely spot the non-believers and the believers, but Swagman, you confuse me. Some days you're crossing fingers, hoping NOR goes to the moon and speaking positively, and then other days, you speak as if NOR is an awful company that will lose us all our money. You also hold a large amount of shares. So, are you a long time holder who doesn't believe anymore and simply comes here to share negativity? If you are a long time holder, wouldn't you be better upramping to push the price up?
Why would a holder ever speak negatively about their own share? Only thing that makes sense is if you are trying to get in cheaper. But to me, 2.1cents is a steal. Why keep trying to push it further down? Let's assume you have 100k to buy more NOR and you're attempting to downramp.
With $100,000 @ 2.1 cents you could get 4,761,904 shares. When they reach 10cents you make $476,190
With $100,000 @ 1.9 cents you could get 5,263,157 shares. When the reach 10cents you make $526,315
Assuming you make no income outside of these shares (unlikely, but the more income the worse off you are tax wise)

After taxing these profits, 2.1cents gives you $326,148.00 and 1.9cents gives you $352,715. Again, assuming you have no other income to be taxed, if you did, the tax would be even higher and you'd make less money.
So all this downramping, keeping this stock down, to gather more? And yet, at current prices versus 1.9cents, with 100k at stake, you're talking a 25k difference. I'd think it'd be better to upramp, push the stock to 10cents and take your profits earlier, rather than pushing this down for the next 5 weeks and having to wait longer for profits.
So I just don't understand your motive Swag?
If you simply hold and want to make profit, then better to say nothing if you've got nothing positive to say.
And if you want to buy more and are being negative to push the price down, you're doing so for about 8% difference? Doesn't seem worth the effort? Please, I'd love if you could explain why you post? And if you want to say 'I just give my honest opinion', can I have a reason why you'd give a negative, albeit honest, opinion on a stock you own?
