Adding to your manipulation theory Holla, I have mentioned a couple of times in the past that it has been listed on the Frankfurt Exchange for some time.
From what I can recall, the
re weren't any responses - though my memory is pretty crappy.
Though it is listed on both exchanges, this 'shouldn't' affect the price on either - according to what I read here :-

However, when you have a look at the effect of 'Arbitrage' there might be something to consider in how manipulation can occur when there doesn't appear to be another explanation on how a trader can have their price move up and down the queue (if that makes sense)

Maybe @gyro could drop a message to PO and get him to have NOR removed from Frankfurt ? With that listing out of the way, who knows but the trading could possibly become more 'fair' being on only the one exchange where it's supposed to be. Average daily volume on Frankfurt is tiny at around 5k but as you can see from the comparison below, the spikes can be a lot sharper there.
As I say, there might be nothing to it but at least it's a little bit interesting...dyor
