Not sure where you are going with this though @valueadd.
It isa discussion forum - and I do filter posts and address those that I find add to the conversation. I don't address the others. Otherwise, the forum is of little use. Not everyone will agree with what I post and I won't agree with what some posters come up with either. I don't believe I am wasting my time engaging in most conversations on this forum.
There is no escaping the fact that I am at an ag where I do think of development time - not sure why you dismiss that. Noble goals aside, this is still an investment, and I would like to obtain a significant profit while I am on the planet. Bit pointless that profit coming after I have left this mortal coilI won't be here in 20 years time.
My post was merely pointing out that hindsight is a wonderful thing when investing - can't see why you would want to dispute that.
