yes, why the lack of disclosure from GEM regarding the ALP proposal to regulate the sector and the impact on GEM from the incoming Government? IF and when the ALP gets in, GEM might be severely affected.
i would have thought the Board might have a case to answer from the ASX and financial services regulatorif they do not put out an ANN regarding the ALP proposal. This will be price sensitive surely?
