it is certainly a good business I have met with Gary Carrol more than once and have faith in his ability, notwithstanding competition from new centers means they have to work harder to attract customers to theirs although not the end of the world if their strategy is working. recently my wife and I did the child care center search for our 1.5year old and the G8 center closest to us was far better than the other independents that we saw. if it gets to 2.50 or near there I'll probably buy as I feel like risk reward lines up there. if the yearly report shows solid occupancy rates in the face of rising competition it will likely bounce.
