It's a spec stock meerkat & the sentiment is that these deals have got to be very close. As the sentiment becomes a certainty in the minds of holders & traders this thing doesn't need news to continue pushing nor does it have to be indicative of insider action. If the news arrives during this parade this thing may well rocket. If it doesn't come soon things will settle where buyers & sellers reach a disparity.
Enjoying this ride anyway for what it's worth.
