We need long periods of high prices for these assets to re-rate. I would say it is not going to be a day to day thing on short term price moves.
The market is aware that coal prices are higher (SP <$1.00 -> $2.00) - whether we have a re-rate of the assets is going to be determined by whether this price is a spike or a long term trend.
The company should be making a lot of cash with these prices. Whether or not we benefit as shareholders depends on the effectiveness/capital allocation of management.
