I suspect that the headwinds of politics are the issue. The market knows that with COVID there is a good chance this clown show will get in next year. They’re no friends of common sense or fiscal responsibility let alone the folly of giving up energy security. But odds are looking good for them to get into power. They will destroy the coal industry out of shea incompetence.
