Just watched The Business on ABC.
A lot of talk about Lithium Boom.
Lithium prices was $20k/ton in 2017 then drop to $8k/ton in 2018 and now sitting at $12k/ton. Now driven by Europe-Greta the lithium boom "will" bring in cash like Iron Ore, which remained Australia's biggest cash earner.
Heard over news Rio Tinto is giving out a high dividend because the profits have quadrupled. Iron Ore prices have gone from $80/ton to $200/ton and they are going to invest in lithium.
Zero talk about Coal which has gone from $50 to $150. Maybe journalism is dead. Everyone is a propagandist now.
