Winchester will be built after Olive Downs Mine, which is the lease next door and owned by Pembroke Resources. Once Olive Downs has had its infrastructure built, there will be skilled labour availability. Olive Downs is kicking off at this moment and IMHO it'll take 12-18 months to be 80% finished, at which stage Winchester construction will kick in.
