Oil and natural gas getting smoked tonight, so I was expecting a decent drop in NEWC - nope, mooning even harder! $167 USD a tonne!
At this price they are going to make
something like $1.75/share in earnings. Here are some quick numbers, I have fixed up from last time the fact WHC doesn't own 100
% of all the mines in operation. This is not a precise calc, but a conservative estimate.
Something makes me doubt that we will re-rate to 5xEPS too, but 50% NPAT dividends are fine with me.
