Export price needs to raise in line with the spot price it seems. Once that's confirmed (maybe in the Aug 26th Ann.) the gap will close I'd say. As you can see in the middle graph the WHC price is well aligned with the export $ not the spot $... not sure how that part works or why the gap is as big as it is right now..
