Nationals have the coalition by the balls. No way Sco Mo is saying anything that jeopardises the Aus coal industry at COP 26. As usual, there will be lots of talk about the death of coal but little to no meaningful action. Sco Mo will announce a net zero target for Aus but it will not stop exporting coal.
