I agree but the issue is that the panic sellers don't think that way so it will always China moving in and price tanks as it did today. Measuring risk and reward currently risk outweighs reward for me but I might get in once the dust settles especially this climate change conference which might put some pressure but I say it again on any metric WHC is cheap. Volatility is the killer though as it did today to me with the stop loss.
