'China's key power producer Huaneng Group issued a tender on Nov 10 seeking seaborne thermal coal for delivery in December, the third time this month. The tender included 8 cargoes with a total volume of 483kt.'
This is one company. I wonder about the others.
So much for the coal shortage being over.
