It would seem so, coal prices are back up finding some sort of support at $95 USD. As you mentioned, there have been 3 jumps lasting around 2 months with each low in the new jump being the high of the previous jump. Of course we need to see how coal trades in June to test this theory if it does circles between $95 and 101$ between now an July it will be very promising.
