This thing called winter holding back solar power. Try powering a blast furnace or two through winter with solar panels and batteries. Especially while everyone taps the grid to charge their Chinese Tesla's. Thermal and coke > high demand. Even nuclear making a comeback.
Is this the target before or after china starts buying direct again rather than through Indonesia? Korea Japan steel mills must be cleaning up!
