Really interesting, that's a pretty huge disparity in volume. Although I think it may be quite heavily influenced by free float as a percentage of shares outstanding? Quick summarised view on Finbox reports free float ratios of (e.g.) NHC 59%, YAL 10%, WHC 90%. So by monthly volume as a percentage of float instead, YAL would be 8%, NHC would be 12%, WHC would be 28%. A bit less wild of a disparity, though still very pronounced and your comments still apply, plus the original figures of volume over total shares are still not irrelevant.
