just pointed out some factors as to why the price got hit. But these are none of my concerns. If the price is going south I am out. If it goes north I am in. Losses are cut quickly before they fester into sores. I work on the premise that I do not know every single detail that goes on in a company. When one holds a portfolio it is next to impossible to know everything about each company. Therefore, it is better to pre-define your risk before you get into a trade and that way you are never disappointed. At any given point you know how much you can lose but the sky is the limit to gains.
