The key, though challenging, is patience.
I have confidence that the Chairman and Directors will in time reward holders, as well as taking the company forward. They may not get everything correct, but sufficient of their decisions will be sensible. It's a bit like politics - a balancing act - so the Chairman's background along with his business acumen means we're in pretty good hands.
Having bought and sold three times, I am well ahead but behind on the latest effort, similar to MrMediocreGuy. Latter situation not ideal but we have good fundamentals. The company is making extremely good money.
