I’m not sure the point of this post.
we have a global market that is acutely and urgently under-supplied for at least the next 18 months.
China is not immune to that.
China cannot entirely supply itself in entirety, and if it could, it would be a foolish exercise in make-believe for them to pretend the price of the coal they were consuming (as determined by what it could be sold for) is somehow cheaper that the rest of the world.
we may not see $230, but I wouldn’t bet against it. Either way, CCP lies will only make the price higher in the long run.
