Nothing goes up in a straight line, there are plenty of traders who would want to book their profits after such a rise .
also today most stocks fell so it's an opportunity for some to top up on any weakness. The underlying value of WHC is still much higher in my and others opinion , just look at the profits being made at these record high coal prices
