    Sydney, it's not about shares on issue for MZI, it's about market cap.

    This is how companies are valued!

    And 3c target... what time frame? A week, a month, ten years?

    I reckon it could hit 3c in a matter of days and that's just the start.

    Plenty of stocks have multi-bagged with large number of shares on issue.
