I think your post was very reasonable and balanced. I'm not annoyed, anyway.
I just would like to answer one point; this one about "rising" sea levels.

1) Have you seen the satellite photos taken between the late 1970's and now showing that low Pacific islands have grown significantly in area? How is this possible if sea levels are rising?

2) I live in Tasmania. Down at Pt Arthur, on one of the rocks of a cliff face, the early white settlers carved a line to mark sea level back in the early 19th C. Guess what; the sea level is still at the mark. Hasn't changed.

All that debate aside, though, I think the market pendulum usually swings too far. We may well be seeing that with WHC now. I think I will buy more.
