They had between 40 & 70 mils over their main mine sites , they might be able to recover some runoff to their storages but long term water is still a major concern. Their main source being licenced extraction from the Namoi River and that is still a dry ditch , (fun driving up it though) the groundwater licences are only small & those aquifers are under extreme preasure.
