as you oviously have no idea on tech analysis Ill give you a simple lesson.
This is not the way I do my analysis but it will give you a graphic interpretation that even you can follow.
Get a monthly chart for FMG and place a bollinger band on it.
Look where the lower band is and you will get a simplified answer to your question
