    This is great news - VRE are on track - good cash flow
    Extra revenue soon from the JV and potential to increase reseves from existing leases.

    Must soon be reflected in the SP - 50 Cents is quite probable in the 1st Qtr 2008

    This news released on an upmarket day would have seen the SP past 30 cents.
