Great post Hag......your comment on SMR and BHP selling it for peanut money is a classic, so true I am afraid. We have infected so many industries now , not just mining with dickhead diversity hires who have absolute at best basic knowledge and they are promoted into senior decision making roles. Companies today more interested in diversity than making money for their shareholders.
Sure a bunch of clowns at BHP would of back slapped themselves and said look at us, we are going green and look at us go selling that low grade PCI coking grade asset to SMR, wohoo we deserve a prize. In a few years time, they will be making green steel in Europe anyway. Our friend Vlad has a way shining a light on all these clowns. As much as I don't really like the dude, he has done mankind a service by highlighting how all this green energy stuff is the ultimate emperor with no clothes, which many of us who have been coal investors for some time have known. The sad part is as much as BHP gave away the SMR asset for really peanut money, I bet there has been no soul searching there on it or any repercussions for somebody making a horrible call. They would still all think they are heroes.........
