The one question that i have pondered regarding Australia's coal is the fact that there is just too much of it to ignore, can we just leave it buried in the ground???
No @Tizard the current generation can't just leave coal in the ground as that would be irresponsible. Due to the opinion of many such as Greta about the danger coal poses to the world it's important that it is destroyed so that it can't pose a future threat. The best way to get rid of that future threat is to dig it up now and burn it so it is gone forever. If we happen to make a few dollars along the way to cover our costs then there is nothing wrong with that. Future generations will thank us for it.
