Agreed.
As someone else posted, companies don't accumulate "war chests" without purpose, it is inefficient use of gearing.
I'd rather they give it all back to their owners - us.
If WHC had a compelling reason to raise equity down the track (asset purchase, takeover, project development) after returning the excess cash, then WHC shareholders would support it. That is of course what the equity markets are there for to begin with.
