Doesnt matter which way you calculate it- a sh#t tonne is still a sh#t tonne.
commodity fluctuations often occur with currency fluctuations. As we have seen the usd strengthen of the last few days it has taken commodities in the other direction.
Big boys want all they can get now, so to spent a few mil$ trying to create a bear feel is nothing to them. Just look at the volumes traded yesterday in the last 15mins. Sell side was stacked and got hoovered up no problem.
