Its a self-invest option through my super. apologies if I inferred it was a SMSF in the sense of total control.
limited to 85% of balance as shares or ETFs. cannot buy more once exceeded but can exceed due to growth in SP values.
limited to 25% in any one company. of course can exceed due to growth. WHC has climbed from 12% to 29% during year. Yay!!!! Due to EV stock drops as well.
I just guess they don't want self-investors to screw their super at the end. I had a defined benefit in QSuper for 35 years of Educating the youth to become leaders of tomorrow and when it changed to an accumulation account it had some big bikkies. I suppose they don't want us putting it all on one horse.
But I hope your 100% WHC will shower you with riches. as it is doing now.
