Im basing my thoughts on FY EPS and then forward EPS.
Generally our peers in the market are trading at 7-9x current earnings, some like BTU around 10 and continuing to rerate upwards.
Hard not to see a price of $6 in the next 3-6 months and higher beyond that. The FY results will be telling. A big dividend and buyback are great supports for the SP.
It has been a wild ride but one of my strongest conviction holds in my entire trading career. Not quite Lambo money, but will probably pay for the pool in the new house we’re building. I’ll take that!
It was no brainer buying at $1.39/1.48/2.77 (avg $1.57) but fought holding through that period where it went to $3.64 and back into the $2 range. Some of my friends who I’d gotten into WHC took the loss. For shame.
