The money being printed every day implies that WHC should be closer to $20 right now.
Although, it appears that the market is pricing in future taxes or embargos... which is why we're at $5.00
I believe that the $9.36 is still very much in play... if not a higher target.
WHC is coiled like a spring.
It has the potential to move very quickly even though it has a relatively large market cap.
