NHC quarterly report informed that Av realised price for April 22 is USD. This has been missed by many in the market. WHC is also likely to receive similar price for April 22 and likely to have similar price for June Quarter 22.
Last quarterly report of WHC has informed that ROM for June quarter will be between 5.2 to 6.9MT and indicated that management is confident of achieving the target on a higher side. This will result into equity sale of close to 4.5MT for June quarter. With likely achievable price of USD 326 for this June quarter, EBIDTA for June quarter will be close to A$ 1.5 billion.
Considering tough geopolitical conditions in Europe, similar EBIDTA is achievable for first two quarter of next FY 22-23.
WHC and other coal companies like NHC and CRN has still lot steam left in SP. Dips in SP are opportunities to add additional positions in short to medium terms.
